 Information states, 63 Hindu temples needs renovation located in the Trincomalee district, which were affected by war. Appeals had been submitted by the Temple administration that urgent financial assistance is much required to process with these assignments. The details and appeals had been forwarded to Prime Minister T.M.Jayaratne. |
| The Chairman of the Trincomalee temple representative committee Arul Subramaniam had forwarded this petition. In regard to this some discussions were held recently, but action in regard to this were not processed is according to reports. |
