 Sri Lankan government had informed that the north and east people will be able to acquire loans without submission of land deeds for which arrangements are made. |
| Central Bank of Ceylon had informed that those who do not submit land deeds to obtain loans, special procedures will be introduced. While obtaining loans from Financial Companies, Gramaka Sevaka’’s certification and Justice of Peace’’s Affidavit will be acquired. Special circular will be shortly released to make arrangements to obtain loans without land deeds. Reports publish that the north and east people are facing much hardships in view of lost documents due to past war. |
